RallyReg has a flat rate based on the type of event:

What is included in the RallyReg fee?
- Event setup and customization
- Online registration system
- Online verification system (only in the "Regularity rally with online verifications" event type)
- Technical support by e-mail to the organization and to the registrants
Credit card payments
How it works?
You don't need a payment gateway to accept credit card payments with RallyReg. If you wish to accept credit card payments, all you need is an account at Stripe, an international card payment company.
You will receive the payments directly to your Stripe account and, after 3 days, you will be paid to the bank. The money will never be in the hands of RallyReg.
Service cost
Credit card payments are meda through the provider Stripe, and this company charges a fee of 1.5%, plus 0.25€ (https://stripe.com/pricing). This fee is in charge of the organizer of the event.
Assuming a registration fee of 150€, the comission Stripe would charge you would be 2.50€ per registration
